Billing
WiscMail Plus is billed on a monthly basis.
Pricing
depends on the number and
types of accounts you use. The billing model is similar to that of a utility
company - DoIT will store your payment information (DoIT Number)
and use that to charge your monthly bill.
Billing statements are generated at the beginning of each month. These include
charges for the accounts and backups (if your domain uses that feature). They
will be e-mailed out and are also available in the WiscMail Plus administrative
interface. Bills will then be entered into DoITs billing system and the charged
on the 27th of each month. There are approximately 4 weeks to review the
statement and contact DoIT with questions or concerns before charges are made.
Charges will be attempted automatically on the provided DoIT Number for a
domain. If the charges fail (expired or invalid DoIT Number), you will be
contacted to enter a valid DoIT Number for the billing system. Domains that are
one month overdue will have access suspended.
Note: As there is a minimum of 10 billable accounts per domain, the minimum
monthly charge is $12.50. This minimum charge will apply to any domain with 10
accounts or less.
