WebSurvey@UW allows you to create and deploy online surveys from anywhere using the web. WebSurvey@UW provides a fast, effective way to take the pulse of your stakeholders and measure changes in their attitudes or behaviors. It’s as easy as sending an email.
Use WebSurvey@UW to:
- Assess awareness of your project
- Evaluate a program or service
- Obtain customer/client feedback
- Test features before a product launch
- Generate data for a research project
Who Can Use the Service?
WebSurvey@UW is available to UW-Madison faculty and staff with an active NetID and valid requisition or department procurement card.
Pricing Options
Whether you have one, large survey to conduct, or several smaller surveys, we have several pricing options designed to fit your needs. Once you’ve purchased the service, you will receive periodic notices regarding the total number of respondents to-date, service expiration dates, etc.
- $50 per year for one survey, up to 5,000 respondents
- $150 per year for multiple surveys, up to 5,000 respondents total for all surveys
- $100 per year for one survey, up to 10,000 respondents
- $300 per year for multiple surveys, up to 10,000 respondents total for all surveys
You may purchase the WebSurvey@UW service at the DoIT Tech Store site. Your account will be created within approximately an hour after your purchase transaction has been completed. Then, simply log in at websurvey.wisc.edu to begin using the service.
Can I Try it out?
You can experiment with the WebSurvey@UW service using a demo account. Simply go to websurvey.wisc.edu and login with your UW Madison NetID and password. You will then have access to a demo account that will allow you to try all of the features. Please note that since this is a demo account all data stored in the account will be purged on a regular basis.
