Web conferencing
Web conferencing is a technology that brings events (recorded or live) to remote locations. Those events can include class sessions, meetings, training sessions, workshops, lectures and seminars, and presentations. People at various sites can participate as if they were attending in person.
Adobe Connect
UW-Madison supports the use of Adobe Connect for Web conferencing.
Blackboard Collaborate
Blackboard Collaborate is being implemented on the UW-Madison campus and will be made available in phases.
