JavaScript 1 covers the basics of using JavaScript to create more dynamic Web pages. JavaScript allows a Web designer to show or hide page content at the click of a mouse, change any CSS style dynamically and generally make a Web page more interactive.
Topics include:
- Introduction to JavaScript
- JavaScript Basics
- Using JavaScript Objects
- Using Document Object Model (DOM)
- JavaScript Events
This class has the following prerequisites: HTML1, CSS 1.
Note: If you feel you have adequate experience without taking the prerequisite STS classes,
you can still register, but please review the material before attending the class.
