Microsoft Project

Microsoft Project is a Windows-based, graphical application that simplifies managing complex projects including the management of tasks, schedules and resources within a project.

Topics include:

  • Creating a basic project schedule with tasks and task relationships
  • Editing and organizing a project
  • Assigning resources to the tasks in a project
  • Understanding some of the basic project management concepts
  • Using Project views to get more information about a project

This class has the following prerequisites: None.

Note: If you feel you have adequate experience without taking the prerequisite STS classes, you can still register, but please review the material before attending the class.
