If you have questions or need assistance in setting up your group’s use of WiscCal, the WiscCal staff is always available to meet with you at no additional cost to your group. Contact us to arrange a time to meet.

Training Options

  • Training for Departments
    • Train the Trainer Resources
      • The training team will provide documentation and training materials to those who would like to train their own staff.
      • If your department or work group is interested in receiving additional training guidelines, please contact us at: wc-transition-training@doit.wisc.edu.
    • On-Site Training for Deparmental Users and Departmental Working Groups.
      • Classroom training can be delivered using your local training facility or other shared training facilities on campus.
      • Customized formal and informal small group training can be delivered to your site.
      • If your group is interested in setting up an on-site session, please contact us at: wc-transition-training@doit.wisc.edu.
  • Training for Individuals
    • Classroom Training will be conducted by DoIT’s Professional and Technical Education staff.
      • Three hour training session will cover basic to advanced calendaring topics.
      • Classroom Training is provided at no cost.
      • Course Description and Enrollment Information
        • Navigate ahead to the first week of May and following (first course, May 7).
    • Self Guided Online Training has been prepared by DoIT’s Professional and Technical Educaton staff.
      • Online training will include curriculum similar to that presented in the classroom option above.
      • Online Training is provided at no cost.
