Audio conferencing

UW Madison Division of Information Technology (DoIT) tests telephone equipment for compatibility with the Centrex System and campus wiring. The following telecommunications equipment has been tested and is recommended for purchase and use on the Madison campus.

Ordering information

DoIT does not sell audio conferencing products. Audio conferencing products need to be ordered from an outside vendor through your department's purchasing staff. For your convenience, we have listed some vendors below. You may want to contact these vendors or others for price comparisons.

Office Depot is the prime vendor for office supplies, including telephones, for the University. Some telephones and accessories on the recommended list are not available from Office Depot. Below is a vendor that might carry those items. To order from Office Depot, contact your department's purchasing office.
