U.S. Cellular Voice Rates - State National Rate Plan
All UW–Madison users were moved to this new voice rate plan as of February 26, 2008. This plan will eliminate roaming costs, which will result in substantial savings for many users. The base monthly cost is slightly higher than in the past but the airtime costs are significantly reduced.
