Cellular new contract information for existing users

The contract vendor for cellular service is U.S. Cellular. However, for this contract, the State was divided into four quadrants with a primary and secondary vendor selected for each quadrant. The southeast quadrant that includes UW-Madison was awarded to U.S. Cellular (primary) and Cingular (secondary). The purpose of the secondary vendor is to meet technical requirements not met by the primary vendor; DoIT Voice Services will approve use of the secondary vendor on a case-by-case basis.
