Repair Services
We are an authorized warranty service center for Apple and Dell desktops, laptops, servers and LaserJet printers. We also provide out-of-warranty service to nearly all major computer manufacturers, as well as data transfer and data recovery services.
Warranty repair - Dell and Apple machines only (includes iPads).
Time and materials repair (paid service) - Out-of-warranty repairs, non-warranty services.
Printer repair - Service for HP LaserJet printers (departmental only).
Data services - Data transfer and data recovery services.
Manufacturer support - Web sites and contact information for all major computer manufacturers.
We do not repair the following devices:
- VCRs, TVs, DVD players, stereos, etc.
- Routers, scanners, switches, etc.
- Non-HP laserjet printers
- Any inkjet printers, etc. (includes printers purchased at the Tech Store)
- Any type of video or photography capture devices
- iPhones, iPods, mp3 players, PDAs, cell phones, gaming consoles
- Floppy disk drives, zip drives, etc.
