Rates vary depending on service. General fixed rates for labor and materials are as follows.

| Next day service: | $105 / hour |
| 2 Hour response: | $140 / hour |
Equipment pickup and delivery at campus locations or University offices off campus is included
with installation and repair service.
Onsite printer repair is available at no extra cost.
