Personal payment options
You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, check, or cash. Please note that personal equipment repair work must be paid for before or at the time of pickup.
Call in your credit card number for over-the-phone payment at (608) 263-7237. Please have the Infra case/call number or order number from your invoice ready.
Departmental payment options
Departmental customers may pay by ProCard (Departmental Visa), DoIT number (What is this?), or check.
You may pay in person at time of pickup, or call in your ProCard and DoIT numbers for over-the-phone payment at (608) 263-7237. Please have the Infra case/call number or order number from your invoice ready.
DoIT numbers may also be emailed to repair@doit.wisc.edu. Please do NOT email credit card numbers.
