Your letterhead will be printed and shipped to you within three weeks of receipt of this form and purchase information.

The letterhead will be printed on 1,000 sheets of white bond paper in black ink on preprinted stock with the UW-Extension logo in two colors – PMS 293 "Extension Blue" and black. To order a larger quantity, contact us for a revised estimate. Click here for detailed pricing.

Anyone requesting new letterhead or reordering letterhead will receive a copy of the proof by fax.
