UW-Madison Campus Letterhead and Envelope Purchasing Details

Campus letterhead and envelopes are printed by Digital Publishing & Printing Services after being typeset by University Communications. The Letterhead and Envelopes typesetting is a free service of University Communications.

Ordering Process:

1. Fill out the Online Typesetting Form located on the University Communications Web Site.

2. You will receive an order number upon successful submission of your copy. You can track the progress of your order online using this number, or reference it when making any inquiries.

3. University Communications will send you an e-mail notification when your file(s) are electronically delivered to Printing Services.

4. Click here to order from Digital Publishing & Printing Services.

5. Digital Publishing & Printing Services will send you a proof via fax or PDF.
