Sending Electronic Files from Macintosh OS 9:

  1. Collect all print files, graphics, and fonts that are associated with your print job.
  2. Copy files, graphics, and fonts to a folder.
  3. Give the folder a distinctive name.
  4. Select the OS 9 chooser.
  5. Highlight AppleShare in the top left.
  6. Select Server IP Address button. (image)
  7. Enter in the Server Address: docutech1.printing.wisc.edu (image)
  8. Enter in the login, dpps and the password, printing. (image)
  9. Select the volume Appleshare and press OK. (image)
  10. When the Appleshare volume is on your desktop, open it up. (image)
  11. Copy the folder with your files to the Dropbox Folder on the APPLESHARE volume. (image)

Step 6 - Select Server IP Address button

Step 7 -  Enter in the Server Address: docutech1.printing.wisc.edu

Step 8 - Enter in the login, dpps and the password, printing.

Step 9 - Select the volume Appleshare and press OK.

Step 10 - When the Appleshare volume is on your desktop, open it up.

Step 11 - Copy the folder with your files to the Dropbox Folder on the APPLESHARE volume
