Digital On-Demand Print Centers
Digital Publishing & Printing Services has three locations on The University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. All three locations can provide you with high-speed black and white copiers and a variety of services ranging from standard On-Demand digital printing to custom textbook creation.
Currently averaging 3 million copies per month, the Digital On-Demand Print Centers can handle virtually all of your On-Demand printing needs and subsequent binding needs. Turnaround time for standard jobs is 48-72 hours. However, as with all printed materials, the more lead time you can give us, the more efficiently and cost-effectively we can complete your job.

On-Demand Printing Service levels:
- Express Service Level is for work to be completed in two working days. ( Normal Rate + 20% premium)
- Normal Service Level is work to be completed within 7 working days. (Normal Rate)
- Deferred Service Level is for work to be completed in 8 or more working days. (Normal Rate - 20% discount)

After Hours Printing
Jobs can be submitted by going directly to our 30 East Campus Mall location. We’re available from 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Our Customer Service Representatives will meet with you to arrange your pickup or delivery schedule.
