After Hours Printing
If you have an emergency copy job that needs to be printed in one day or less, Digital Publishing & Printing Services is here to help. Our After Hours printing service gives you the ability to produce quick printing in a crunch.
The After Hours printing service is designed to meet your emergency printing needs without requiring you to leave campus. We are conveniently located at 30 East Campus Mall behind the Kohl Center in the Environmental Safety Building.
Submitting an After Hours Job
Jobs can be brought directly to East Campus Mall production center or submitted via fax to that locations fax line at 608/265-9245. We’re available from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Our Customer Service Representative can also arrange your pickup or delivery of your job.
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) can be reached during regular business hours at 608/262-3461 Monday through Friday. On evenings and weekends we can be reached at 608/513-1659 or 608/263-2579 to reach a CSR.
Our main production center at 30 East Campus Mall is an electronicly locked building and the doors are locked at 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends. When dropping off After Hours print orders, please follow the instructions posted on the sign at the left side of the entrance. Ring the buzzer at our front door and a Customer Service Representative will escort you to our service area and assist you with your order.

After Hours Services
At our main print center on East Campus Mall, we run three production shifts which allows us to meet your printing needs.
Black and White Copy:
8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, 11 x 17
Provided PDF file or camera ready copy.
Color Copy:
8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, 11 x 17, 12 x 18
Provided PDF file or camera ready copy.
Large Format Printing:
Emergency poster printing up to 42 inches wide with a maximum length of 100 feet. (If arranged in advance)
Finishing Services:
Folding, stapling, booklet making, coil binding, padding, drilling, laminating, and dry mounting on foam core.
Distribution:
Your completed project can be delivered to your campus address or picked up at our 30 East Campus Mall headquarters prior to 9:00 p.m. weekdays and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends.
