The WiscCal team is planning to move your calendar event data to the new WiscCal calendar service the weekend of June 2 and 3, 2012. The old WiscCal calendar and its clients will be retired on June 2, 2012, and the new WiscCal calendar will move to production on Monday, June 4, 2012.
The upgraded version will only serve as an interim campus calendar, while the Administrative Excellence Email and Calendar Consolidation Team pursues a long-term campus solution.
To prepare for the new system, classroom and online training sessions are available. See the descriptions below and sign up for a free session.
- Classroom Training
This three hour session covers basic to advanced calendaring topics. Course descriptions and enrollment information are available. Classes start May 7. - Self-Guided Online Training
Class curriculum is similar to that presented in the classroom sessions. Course materials are available on the WiscCal KnowledgeBase.
