UW-Madison’s online calendaring system has been successfully migrated to the new, interim version of WiscCal! The old calendar system is gone, and we have updated all of the familiar links you may have bookmarked, such as the link to WiscCal on the UW home page or My UW-Madison.
Start using your new calendar on the web by logging in as you normally would to WiscMail, either at wiscmail.wisc.edu or wiscmail.wisc.edu/mailplus/ Look for the calendar module in the lower-left area of the email window.
You can easily link the new WiscCal to other calendaring software (such as MS Outlook, Thunderbird, and iCal) and use it with iPhones, iPods, iPads and Android devices. For information about how to configure those applications or technologies, see Supported Client Configuration.

The migration of calendar data from the old system into the new WiscCal system is currently in progress and will continue through Monday night (June 4).
The process is taking longer than expected to complete. During this time, you may notice the following:
- Some events may not be migrated to your new calendar from the existing system
- New events that are created today may not show up in attendees’ calendars immediately
- Updates made to calendar accounts or resources may not take effect immediately, such as sharing and privacy permissions
We will update campus when the migration is complete.
