Upgrade NAV before installing Snow Leopard

Attention Mac users, before you install Snow Leopard, you need to upgrade your Norton AntiVirus (NAV) first. A full installer for NAV 11.0.3 Corporate, fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), is now available for all UW-Madison users from: https://software.wisc.edu. Please note that Symantec AntiVirus (SAV) 10.x is not compatible with Snow Leopard.
NAV has all features of SAV, plus active vulnerability protection, and a nicer interface. See the Symantec site for more information. Any questions, contact the DoIT Help Desk at 264-HELP or help@doit.wisc.edu.
