Operational Framework published in Knowledgebase

In an effort to promote transparency to campus, DoIT's Operational Framework Team is happy to announce that its Operational Framework Document is now available in the Help Desk Knowledgebase. Aimed at improving operational processes within DoIT, the Operational Framework contains guidelines, goals, and standards heavily influenced by ITIL best practices, existing policies, and input from staff.
Anyone interested in learning how DoIT applies changes to the IT services they offer or how incidents involving a loss of service or possible loss of service are handled should review this document. The Operational Framework is intended to be a living document, as it will evolve with changes in technology, staff, and a greater understanding of the challenges the team faces.
