DoIT’s Common Business System (CBS) will soon be upgraded. The system is scheduled to be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21 to 6:00 a.m. Monday, November 26, including these services:
- DoIT Tech Store website
- Professional Technical Education (PTE) class registration
- DoIT Number (If you need access on Friday, contact email@example.com.)
- Preposting Allocation Tool (PAT)
The upgrade offers campus the following benefits:
- Ability to adopt improved financial processes
- Lays the foundation for planned reporting enhancements
Please note: all DoIT Tech Store and walk-in Help Desk locations will be closed from Thursday, November 22 to Monday, November 26. The Help Desk will remain open for phone, chat, email and online support during normal operating hours.
