If you're having problems with the UWNet wireless network or configuring your laptop to work with the UWNet wireless network, talk to DoIT's Service Desk. No appointment is needed. Just take your laptop to the DoIT Service Desk at 1210 W. Dayton St. (Computer Science Building) between 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Service Desk can help you set up your laptop and wireless network card to ensure a trouble-free connection to the UWNet wireless network. We cannot provide support in setting up your laptop to connect to any wireless networks other than UWNet.
