Video Technology
DoIT provides cable TV service to campus housing and various academic buildings.
This service, called Residential Television Network, RTN, consists of select
channels offered by a local cable provider, international channels provided by
satellite service and several channels provided via IP network. The current
channel lineup can be viewed at the
RTN webpage.
Many of the channels located on RTN can be viewed on computers which are cabled
to the Campus Network unless blocked by department administration. This service
is called Digital Academic Television Network (DATN). More information is
