Request a Group Directory

To create a Group Directory, please go to the My WebSpace Group Directory Order Site.

You will be required to supply the following information:

  • Directory Name (must be unique)
  • Primary Administrator – netid
  • Back-up Administrator – netid
  • DoIT Number/Procurement Card Information

Once you have provided this information and submitted the request, your Group Directory will be available immediately.

To access your Group Directory, you will need to login to your personal My WebSpace account. Once you have logged in, click on the Group Directories icon under My Bookmarks on the left hand side of the screen.

You will see all of the directories to which you have been given access.
