Student Record Info

Request Student Record that shows courses, grades, notations, etc.

View your DARS report to determine requirements completed and yet required to complete your current program or another program.
Dropping or changing courses? Check your DARS report first
Nearing graduation soon? Check DARS regularly.
Obtain proof of enrollment (for insurance and other purposes) through the Enrollment Verification link to the National Student Clearinghouse.

Review Your Tuition Account & Financial Aid Activity

Verify financial aid disbursement to your tuition account.

If you expect a refund and have not received it, view the date it was issued and address where the check was mailed.

If a check was issued, and you have not received it by 10 business-days after the date issued, come to Bursar's Office to submit a stop payment.

Verify tuition amount due and the due date:

If you, your parent or guardian have not received your fall bill.

If you think your account balance changed since the bill was generated.
(Payment for the current account balance is still due by the due date.)

Update Contact Information & Restrict Third Party Mail

Update your emergency contact information. This is critical, should an emergency arise.
Use the Emergency Contact link to view and update emergency contact information.
Use the Cell Phone link to view and update your cell phone information.
Review your residence for tuition status.

Verify and update your billing address to ensure timely delivery of your tuition bill and/or refund.

Keep your mailing address up-to-date to receive important mail from the University.
UW-Madison residence hall addresses for first year students only are automatically loaded into the Student Center as a Mailing address.
If you are not a first year student in a UW-Madison residence hall, update your mailing and home addresses as appropriate.
