Mass Email Rates
Static Mass Emails
Mass Emailing the same message to an identified audience costs:
$.06 per email for the first 5,000 recipients, and
$.03 per email beyond that number
$50 minimum cost for a mass emailing
Dynamic Mass Emails
Mass Emailing a unique message to an identified audience costs:
$.07 per email for the first 5,000 recipients, and
$.03 per email beyond that number
$75 minimum cost for a mass emailing
The fee includes customer consultation, obtaining approval from data custodian, contracting with other DoIT areas if programming is required, scheduling, network/server monitoring, customer follow-up, and routine cleanup.
Advanced Features
DoIT offers additional features, including tracking and HTML formatting, with Mass Email. These features have an associated $50 flat fee to use them, and require two additional business days to process.

Expedite Service
Expedite service is offered if the mass email needs to be sent within a five day period. If the necessary preparations can be made in that time period and the mass email is sent, DoIT will charge a $50 Expedite Service fee. If the mass email cannot be sent within five days, the user will not be charged.
Rush Service
Rush service is offered if the mass email needs to be sent within a two day period. If the necessary preparations can be made in that time period and the mass email is sent, DoIT will charge a $100 Rush Service fee. If the mass email cannot be sent within two days, the user will not be charged.
All other requests
There is a separate charge for other types of requests at an hourly rate. Please contact the service provider for more information.
