Mass Email Advanced Features
When applying for a mass email, users have the option to utilize advanced features. These features allow the user to utilize HTML and attachments to compose more noticeable messages, and get feedback regarding the success of their mailing.
Mass emails utilizing advanced features will be charged a $50 flat fee and will require two additional business days to process.
Feature Explanations
HTML Content
HTML content allows the user to utilize HTML markup to format the mass email with color, fonts, and embedded images. Regular mass emails can only be sent in plain text.
Attachments
This feature allows the user to attach a file to their mass email. This feature is only available to mass emails of under 5,000.
Tracking
Tracking allows the user to view which recipients physically opened the mass email. There is an additional $66 charge for Tracking.
Mailing Reports
Mailing Reports reveal to the user the success of their mass email. It allows them to see which recipients bounced the message and other useful statistics.
