K-List Agreement and policy

I would like authorization for an email distribution list, based on the specifics on the application form, to be created. I understand that my request will be forwarded to the Registrar Office for approval.

I also realize that some of the students on my list may have "restricted" email addresses. Thus, I will only use this list as approved by the Registrar and to keep the list members names and addresses private.

I understand that there will be approximate three weeks setup period starting when we receive the completed K-list application. If a shorter term solution is needed, please review the MassEmail Service. In some cases, K-list can be a longer range alternative to the MassEmail Service.
