Classlist Utility
The Classlist Utility includes the following information:
- multiple term selections
- automated mailing list name based on naming convention
- list of enrolled students by email address and name
- list of guest members as provided by the instructor
- instructors (from ISIS) are members of the list (all instructors will therefore receive copies of the emails sent to list)
- instructors/TA's are listed in bold and considered list administrators
- access to additional documentation
As part of this Utility you will have the ability to:
- enable or disable classlist
- add and remove guest members
- change the list security
- receive email yes/no
List of items you may not modify
- list name
- normal list members (data direct from ISIS, students must drop class and then they will be removed automatically)
- instructors/TA's (list administrators) - direct from ISIS
