No new fall classlists can be created. Our new automated Classlist system will be going into production next week (8/22). At that time, Classlists will be created automatically and you will be notified via email when your lists are ready to be enabled. |
Starting a Classlist
Before you complete the Application Form to request a classlist, you will need some information available to you:
- You will need to know the 9 Digit Course Number for your course. This Course
Number is 9 characters in length.
It begins with a 3 character Department Number plus a 3 character
Course Number plus a 3 character Section Number (you may need to
add leading zeros to your Section Number if it is a lecture).
An example of a valid 9 Digit Course Number is 224103001 or 224 for Chemistry, 103 for Course 103 and 001 for lecture 1. Check the timetable for the correct 9 Digit Course Number. Unfortunately, if you supply an incorrect 9 Digit Course Number, your request will be delayed.
- You will need to have a name for your
classlist. The name must NOT have any spaces in it. Use hyphens
(-) instead of spaces. Additionally, the name must have at
least one hyphen in it.
An example of a valid classlist name is chem103-fall2001 or chem-103 or chem103-fall.
If you supply an invalid classlist name, your request will not be processed.
- Please take your time when completing the form.
- If you have questions, please contact the Classlist
Administrator by emailing
