USE OF AREA CODE LIST: The technologist (programmer) or technician assigned to an area code is the person responsible for that area code and is the person normally contacted with questions and/or problems. People will usually be contacted in the order they are listed; area managers will be on priority jobs if the person responsible cannot be contacted.
