Data View Name	Description
EOAA Ad Status Stout	Includes information on the recruitment process, including process tracking, applicant information, Survey of New Hires tracking, and notes.
EOAA Applicant Track Stout	This table includes data from the recruitment search process including data on the number and diversity of applicants at each stage of the recruitment process.
EOAA Demo Card Stout	This table shows results from the demographic card that is given to all applicants for unclassified positions.
EOAA Exit Intervw Stout	This table shows results from the University of Wisconsin-Stout Exit Interview survey. The Exit Interview is sent to all employees who leave UW-Stout.
EOAA Newhire Survey Stout	This table includes results from the “Survey of New Hires” that is given to all new, unclassified hires at the time that they receive their contract.
EOAA Work Analysis Stout	Contains data from the Federal Affirmative Action Plan on the number of men, women and minorities employed at UW-Stout by department and job group.
