This view contains the information from a Clarify case activity log, The activity log allows users to view the history of events with a particular case or sub case, such as phone calls, notes or actions taken. Personal information in the activity log should be regarded as confidential.

This View can be used in conjunction with the following views:
UW.CLARIFY_CASES

Data is refreshed nightly. The daily load appends all activities of cases closed since the previous load.

Primary Key Columns are identified with an asterisk (*)

CHAR (N) (N) = length. Field contains letters and/or numbers.
Example: CHAR (5) could contain ‘ABC12’ or ‘12345’ or ‘ABCDEF

NUMBER (N) (N) = length. Field contains only numbers. NUMBER (X,Y) = format for numbers with decimal positions X = total number of digits Y = the number of digits after the decimal.
Examples: NUMBER (6) represents 250012 NUMBER (6,2) represents 2500.12

DATE - Date can be in various formats. Date functions available with your query tool can be used to format the date. Examples: DATE (YYYYMMDD), DATE (YYDDD), DATE (DD-MM-YY)

CHAR (11)

ID number assigned to a case. Use to link to a case.

CHAR (80)

A defined Clarify event such as logging notes or case actions. Example: Case create.

DATE

The date time stamp of when the activity was entered into the clarify system.

CHAR (255)

Full description of the activity being logged.

CHAR (8)

The logon of the person if acting for another performed the activity.

CHAR (8)

The logon of the person performing the activity.

DATE

The date and time these data were extracted.
