Application request for new Shared Hosting

  1. Read the Policies & Eligibility to make sure you're eligible for service.
  2. Decide on a URL for your site.
  3. Contact your billing/accounting office to obtain your DoIT number information in order to pay for the web account.
  4. Submit the account request form at: https://webhosting.doit.wisc.edu/apply.php
