Having problems with recurring events in WiscCal?

Since the new WiscCal was introduced, customers have logged many support cases about recurring events that were migrated to the new WiscCal. While the migration of recurring event data was successful (RDATE events were created), support staff are finding that WiscCal users who need to modify those events are encountering a variety of problems. The final resolution to most problems has been to use the new calendar interface to recreate the recurring event using the migrated event as a guide.
