Classroom Request Form
This form is used to reserve time in the Digital Media Center Classroom, located in Room 1240 Biotechnology Center, 425 Henry Mall. This form sends an e-mail to the DMC Manager who will then e-mail you within a few days to confirm your appointment.
The DMC Classroom is available at no cost for UW-Madison Timetable courses. For other uses, please refer to the Non-UW Madison Course Use section of the site for usage guidelines and prices.
Check the DMC classroom calendar for availability. Please include setup time in your request. Also please note that this calendar does not necessarily include requests that have been submitted recently and thus should not be used as a guarantee in regards to the class availability - only a guide.
The DMC is open from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Fridays during the semester. We are open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during the summer and winter breaks.
