Support
It is our goal to provide support and services for various server operating systems, the hardware on which those OSes run, customer administration of the applications hosted on those servers, and continued security and performance monitoring to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Server Hardware
DoIT works with customers to procure hardware appropriate to the requirements of the customer's application. We then thoroughly test and trouble-shooting the equipment to detect possible problems before the application "goes live." Once operational, DoIT continues to provide maintenance and support in partnership with equipment vendors and third-party service providers.
