Enterprise system management of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for the UW-Madison and the University of Wisconsin System. Typical duties consults with user management and staff, coordinates and manages all large and/or strategic projects, evaluates and negotiates priorities for user requests for new projects, writes design proposals, prepares system specifications, develops cost estimates and work schedules, negotiates customer contracts, and evaluates change requests.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Project management, project estimation, work plan preparation, project change control; Project Management of IAM projects, solutions and components; knowledge of Oracle or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, solutions and components; knowledge of Oracle and SQL; client/server and web-based programming.
