This position is responsible for administration of highly complex database management system (DBMS) software, databases, and technology stack components for major system wide and campus wide enterprise systems, such as the DoIT Shared Database Environment, PeopleSoft Student Administration, PeopleSoft Financials, and PeopleSoft Human Resources. Primary duties include: Designing, implementing, and supporting database servers; administering databases and database management technology; designing, implementing and supporting database system infrastructure; establishing policies and procedures for gaining access to and using database system software; and consulting with DoIT, campus, and system staff on database system technology.
